Important Notice

Anti Spam Filters
We have noticed that several customers have anti spam filters in their email servers that prevent the e-mails sent by our automated systems from reaching their accounts.

Please note that we sends important notices by e-mail (Renewal Notices, Deactivation Notices, Transfer Notices, and others) and that any e-mail notice will be deemed delivered when the message has been transferred to the e-mail server that your declared e-mail address resides in.

It's you responsibility to allow our communications to by-pass any e-mail filter or any software that prevents our notices to reach your e-mail account.
Update Your Contact Email
We also remind you that it is your responsibility to keep your contact and email information updated (preferably with an email address without storage limit) in order to receive all notices sent by DCPanel.
Deletion of Expired Domain Names
Due to change of policy by the registry, we has been forced to reduce the grace period that extended to its customers to renew domains past the expiration date.

All expired domains will be deleted at any time after their expiration date, subject to our's sole discretion and allocation of technical resources. Deleted .COM and .NET domains will enter a 30 day Redemption grace period during which the could be reinstated at a cost of $99.00 + Rp. 150.000,- for 1 year renewal fee (Official Registrar Fees).
Renew Your Domains
Don't wait until the last minute to renew your domains. Make sure your contact information is up to date to receive the renewal notices and check the expiry date on your domains at least once a month, and renew well ahead of the expiry date.

Remember, when you renew, the time is added to the end of the expiry date, not the date you performed the renewal, so really you have nothing to lose by renewing early. And if your names are important to you, go ahead and renew them for two years or more.
